Mini Laptop desk – version 2
Based on some very good feedback, I’ve redesigned this mini laptop desk. This design pairs down the desk to its simplest function – providing a usable surface to use a laptop with the smallest footprint possible.
This desk is 24″ wide, but only 12″ deep when the top closed.
Here we see the desk in its inactive mode. The desktop is folded closed, reducing the footprint. An open shelf provides just enough room to store a laptop.
Two lopers slide out to provide support for the desk surface.
With the desk surface open, there is ample room for a laptop and enough room for a mouse. A cut out at the rear of the desk surface allows cables to be hidden from sight and attached to a power strip at the rear of the shelf.
